Quality policy statement
The quality of Inteliform’s products represent an important objective of the general policy of the company.
INTELIFORM commits, assuming the role of business partner with his clients and maintaining an increasing opening to innovation and profitability, to apply all means required to provide products and services which:
- Pursue the optimal from technical, costs and time point of view;
- Comply with the technical, social, environmental and operational context of customer’s requirements, with legal aspects and technical regulations in force;
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction and those from their environment.
Quality achievement is made through open communication, example, trust, staff training and guidance, encouraging new and continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency throughout the whole activity.
INTELIFORM commits to maintain the quality management system according to SR EN ISO 9001:2008, AFNOR certificate, based on:
- Quality objectives, annually analyzed and updated;
- A process of continuous improvement of product’s quality;
- An evaluation mechanism of client’s satisfaction;
- Maintaining a work environment that stimulates staff’s commitment, mobilization and initiative;
- Management values that respects the customer and his environment, building a good business relationship.
I personally commit to make known and understood this policy to all employees, to apply all necessary means for its implementation and compliance, to analyze it for its continuous adequacy and for achieving quality objectives.
For this purpose, Mr. Diplomat Engineer Pavel Miloi has the mission to continue to operate and follow our quality management system.As representative of our organization quality management, he will report on the evolution of the quality approach.
The success of this approach is based on involvement of all leaders and every person’s mobilization, because the quality is everyone’s problem.
